Key Responsibilities:

- Managing Google workspace email service such as Email ID creation, deletion, migration, groups, groups security, email routing, inbound and outbound restrictions, email monitoring.

- Mobile management, domain configuration, SPF, DKIM record updating, email and drives backup, support escalations etc. Installation, Configuration, and Maintenance of services such as DHCP, NFS, Apache, Samba SSH, FTP, Remote Desktop access, etc.

- Timely and accurate IT Asset inventory management & reconciliation.

- Procurement of IT assets at best possible cost and timely liquidation of aged assets.

- Involved in daily incident management and resolved the day to day problems raised by the users. Responsible for providing infrastructure support such as for network, hardware, software, and related infrastructure as well as assisting with the installation and maintenance of computer software, hardware, and peripherals.

- Create & Manage support tickets within the ticketing system to address problems, incidents and changes of hardware in data centre. Maintain, troubleshoot and administer the use of local area networks (LANs), wide area networks (WANs), and computer workstations and peripheral equipment.

- Adhering to security services, compliances, and risk management. Developing, Enhancing, and maintaining security policies and a high-level architect view of network security. Develop and maintain robust security controls to protect businesses from security breaches/ incidents.

- Configured firewall SSL VPN, IPSEC VPN and creating and manging SSL VPN User and Internet policies. Management of internal network, VPN, Active Directory (AD) and system backups. Installing and Managing Wireless APs and CCTV cameras.

- Maintain essential IT operations, including operating systems, security tools, applications, servers, email systems, laptops, desktops, software, and hardware. Asset Management and Monitoring System health and Performance of all IT resources.

- Experience in configuring and troubleshooting Network / Hardware / Firewall / Server/Desktop/Laptops/ Switch/EPABX/ Database/ Biometric/ Virtualization, both on-premise and in Cloud and other Active components.

- Good understanding of IT Infrastructure technologies such as networks (LAN, WAN, on windows and Linux server platforms. Monitor server event logs, performance logs, growth of data on the network, and checking the status of nightly server backups.

ADDITIONAL SKILLS:

- Installing, configuring and deploying new EC2 & Servers on AWS platform. Setup and build AWS infrastructure various resources (AMI, VPC EC2, S3, IAM, ELB, Security Group, Auto Scaling, RDS, Route53).

- Experience on Key AWS services: EC2, VPC, IAM Roles and Polices, S3 Storage, RDS, Load Balancer, Auto Scaling, CloudWatch, SNS, Route 53, Site to Site VPN.

- Hands-On experience with GIT, Docker, Basic MySQL and Shell Scripting. Working with source control tools like Git/GitHub, on Linux & Macintosh Environments.

- Developing Docker Images to support Development and Testing teams and their pipelines. Hands-On experience with Linux Services NAGIOS, DHCP, DNS, FTP, NFS, SAMBA, and SSH etc.

Desired Candidate Profile:

- 7-10 years of rich experience in information and network security.

- Expertise in Infrastructure planning, methodology, and implementation.

- Strong fundamentals of operating systems such as LINUX, MAC, WINDOWS.

- CCNA, CSCU (certified secure computer user: EC-Council) certified.

- Knowledge of Cloud AWS, AZURE, GCP/OCI Firewall (Barracuda WAF and NGF, FortiGate, Palo Alto)
