Job Description: Selected Candidates should
- Handle the entire lead life cycle and maximize conversions of the same to sales
- Conduct upselling and cross-selling on incoming or allocated report leads where essential to maximize revenue generation per account
- Coordinate and strategize effectively with research teams to conduct business development across key accounts through pre-sales research and post-sales follow-ups
- Create, nurture and own accounts across domains in the company
- Act as single point of account and enable smooth channel for clients and research team to interact
- Work with research team in responding to RFQs and RFPs with highly effective proposals to engage and gain business opportunities
- Pro-actively approach clients and gauge industry trends to suggest market studies and titles to clients for pre-booking.
- Need to travel and give presentations to clients on the project proposal, company capabilities and business queries effectively and as an official representative of the company
- To act as an authoritative mediator to ensure errors and mistakes from the teams do not escalate to an unmanageable level with clients.
- Constantly try and approach the business model from creative perspectives to stay ahead of competition and satisfy client expectations
- Build an ecosystem of trusted contacts at key accounts and ensure repeat business happens with the company
Prerequisites:
- Must have minimum of 1.5 years of experience in selling Market Research Reports.
- Excellent client engagement and business communication, business writing skills
- Flair to identify areas of interest of clients and match them with existing reports, content and material
- Think and execute on-the feet, street smart and highly driven for success attitude
- Laser focus on targets and strategies to execute with ease and efficiency
- Ability to extract the best from team members in sales and research domains
- Be an effective leader and impart skills to team when required
