Market Information
- Collect and analyze market data on current trends, competition activities and latest developments in the industry.
- Provide regular market related information/updates to the management to build future strategies, take timely corrective measures, new product development etc.
- Collect customer feedback on products and services.
Job Purpose:
Responsible for hunting, qualifying, developing the sales strategy and plan for the Manufacturing and Healthcare Vertical for Information Management and establishing a strong sales relationship with key target and win back customers in India to expand sales of Information Management branded products/solutions into this segment.
Job Responsibilities ( Achieving Revenue and Profit Targets )
- Develop an action plan to map all Manufacturing and Healthcare customers and devise a plan of attack on these accounts according to the profile of each of them, focusing on the strategy of keeping our existing accounts, develop and Target accounts of rescue the competition Win back accounts.
- Partner with the Pre-Sales team to pitch our solution to the customer.
- Work with Marketing to ensure development and implementation of marketing, sales and technical programs and activities to support annual sales objectives
- Effectively implement Information Management sales plans to strengthen our presence in Manufacturing and Healthcare Segments, and/ to introduce new products for sale to them.
- Control and manage the Forecast and Pipeline
- Define all criteria and Implement a deep monthly analysis processes, including:
- KPI: volume, revenue, average price and inventory level
- CE: update and forecast the results
- Relationship Management with Manufacturing and Healthcare Customers
- Analysis of business and technology objective of the clients & mapping both internal and external processes to ensure that the solutions are complementary to business vision.
