Job Title: Industry Expert Interviews - R&D & Engineering Design

Project Overview:

We are seeking to conduct primary interviews with industry R&D experts for a client project with a Swedish client. The goal is to engage with senior professionals from the R&D and Engineering sectors to discuss key trends, R&D strategies, and specific topics related to low-power energy integration and battery optimization.

Key Responsibilities:

Profile Identification & Research:

- Identify and secure interviews with senior R&D professionals from target organizations within the Consumer Electronics and Energy & Utilities sectors.

- Focus on organizations involved in wearables, handheld devices, and smart metering

- Prioritize professionals in hardware/embedded systems design rather than software engineering roles.

Target Seniority & Roles:

- Interview candidates with 15+ years of experience in Engineering/Product Development roles such as R&D Head, Innovation Head, Engineering Design Head, and Capability Centre Head.

- Focus on professionals with expertise in hardware design, low-power energy integration, battery optimization, and engineering architecture.

Key Areas of Expertise:

- Awareness and experience in R&D & Digitization Spending within the organization.

- First-hand insights on trends in R&D Research within their respective companies.

- Knowledge and experience in low-power energy integration, battery optimization, and engineering design & architecture.

Interview Process:

- Ensure that the interviews align with the client's topics of interest, including low-power energy solutions, R&D strategies, and embedded systems design.

Deliverables:

- Keep the client updated on progress and candidate availability.

- Share profiles and interview updates in alignment with client preferences, including focusing on the Consumer Electronics and Smart Metering industries.

Required Skills & Experience:

- Strong experience in R&D, Engineering Design, and Product Development.

- Expertise in low-power energy integration, battery optimization, and embedded systems.

- Proven ability to identify and secure senior-level professionals in consumer electronics and energy/utilities sectors.
