Industry Consultant - Telecommunications - OSM

Roles and Responsibilities :

- OSM development experience

- Oracle provisioning experience

- Ability to resolve issues by analyzing log files and reviewing solution cartridges - stuck orders, stuck amendments, XQuery errors etc and identify root cause/recommend solutions.

- Candidate should know OSM best practices and provide oversight to Customer resources.

- Candidate should have provisioning experience in supporting and using tools like OSM

- Work with telecom providers to get quotes and order new voice and data circuits.

- Document service request changes an processes

- Assists with the development of and at all times ensures adherence to enterprise technical and architectural standards and processes.

-Experience includes in OSM design components like Order Recognition, Decomposition, Orchestration, Execution, Compensation, Fallout Handling, Notifications, Workflow, Customer Order Management, Service Order Management, etc .

- Requires liaising with customer/BA to understand the requirements, define architecture and design documents.

Qualifications :

- Completion of 2 OSM Implementation.

- OSM Log tracing, OSM best practices.

Experience : 12 - 16 yrs
