Industrial Safety Manager

Manager Safety at Hyderabad, Maharashtra, Delhi

Job Responsibilities:-

- Facilitate the conduct Risk Assessment, HAZOP, JSA studies

- Advise General Works Manager on all Safety matters

- Liaison with Inspectorate of Factories and Certifying Surgeon

- Build safety capability of employees

- Improve safety infrastructure and practices

- Ensure prevention and protection against fires

- Advise on procurement to engineering stores

- Facilitate safety promotion and safety culture

- Ensure investigation of safety incidents and implementation of CAPA

- Facilitate Safety Committees

- Consult and advise other departments on safety matters

Requirement

Knowledge

- On local safety rules and regulation

- Risk Assessment, HAZOP, JSA

- Fire safety

- OSHAS 18001

Experience

- Comfortable to deal with statutory authorities

- Incident investigations

Education Qualification

- B.E. or B.Tech. Preferably in Chemical Engg or other

- Diploma / Advanced Diploma in Industrial Safety or M.E. Safety from state recognized institute.

Age Limit <35

Work Experience: 8 to 12 years as Safety Officer/ Executive
