Opening with a leading Manufacturing Company for IR Manager
- Developing sound & transparent ER policies for effective: Management, Union-Employee Relations.
- Ensuring prompt resolution of employee grievances to maintain cordial Human Relation.
- Negotiating and amicably settling disputes with the Union and maintaining discipline & harmonious working environment across all employee levels.
- Organizing the monthly meeting with the union and resolving the problems of the workmen.
- Ensuring the compliance of all Labour Laws, Liasioning with statutory and civil authorities from time to time.
- Independently handling the disciplinary action such as framing and issue of charge sheets, Show Cause Notices, Explanations, suspension and terminations through domestic enquiries.
- To attend labour courts, tribunal’s etc. and conciliation proceedings and dealing with existing trade union on behalf of company.
- Implementing statutory requirements and HR policy in order to meet legal requirements.
- Monitoring statutory compliance & Liasioning with external agencies /Govt. authorities & offices.
- Compliance with other applicable legislations relating to Pollution Control Board / other Govt. bodies.
- Ensure timely fulfillment of statuary compliances under various acts i.e. ESI, PF, Factory act, Payment of Bonus act, Payment of Gratuity act, Minimum wages act and Payment of wages act.
- Certification of Standing Order from appropriate authority monitoring of updation.
