Roles & Responsibilities:
- The ideal candidate should have experience in handling employee relations, employee grievances, internal disputes, and disciplinary matters.
- Should have experience in handling Union matters, negotiations, closure of factory, settlement of long-term legal issues.
- Must have hands on experience in formulating ER/IR strategies across the production plants.
- Will be responsible for handling a workforce of 5000+ employees (perm & temp staff).
Required Skillset:
- A full time MBA degree with an experience of 15+ years in overseeing manufacturing plant/factory IR/ER matters.
- Ability to manage large teams and multiple manufacturing plants.
