Job Description :

We are looking for an experienced and dynamic Senior HR Business Partner to join our client's team. The individual will be managing HRBP for multiple manufacturing sites and must come with expertise in industrial relations, labour law compliance, employee relations etc.

Client Details: Our client is a leading global manufacturing organisation with a strong growing India centre.

Description:

- The HR Business Partner will work closely with senior leaders of the Business to develop an HR agenda tha closely supports the overall aims of the organization and processes, that support strategic business aims.

Profile:

- Ideally someone who comes with over 20 years experience post MBA from a Tier 1/2/ MBA

- The ideal candidate will have experience managing HR for multiple manufacturing sites and comes with experience partnering with leadership teams in creating and executing people development initiatives in the businesses

- The incumbent must possess expertise in industrial relations, labour law compliance, employee relations

- The person should possess strong business understanding, come with the ability to drive change, coach leaders
