IndusInd Bank - Zonal Manager - Infrastructure Projects & Property

- To support Property & Projects team in execution of various infrastructure projects across the Bank in various geographies.

- Identification of new premises for Bank.

- Rental Negotiation, Premises verification and preparation of Proposals.

- Coordination for Legal search and Execution of Lease Deed.

- Renewal and Surrender of old Premises.

- Liaising with local Authorities for various permits, NOC and Utilities.

- Monitoring and coordination for interior work in new Premises.

- Coordination for installation of different vendor elements on time.

- Premises handing over to Business.

- Coordination and execution of re-modeling activities for existing channels.

- Monitoring and coordination for Repair and Maintenance of infrastructure for all lines of business in the respective Zone(s).
