Zonal Head - Food & Agri [Corporate & Commercial Banking Group]
The candidate will be required to lead a team of Relationship managers across key markets in South India and developing the Large/ Mid corporate Agri book. He/ She will assist the RMs in acquiring NTBs as per bank policy and cross sell of other bank products apart from brining in aggressive growth in the portfolio and maintaining the hygiene of the book.
Specific Roles and Responsibilities:
- Well versed with credit for note preparing and proposing & getting the case sanctioned from risk
- Must be thorough with disbursement process ( legal / valuation, etc. ), Multiple/ consortium
- To facilitate RMs/ SRMs acquire new clients
- To deepen share of wallet for the acquired portfolio,
- Should have the ability and past experience of putting the case in front of committee for sanction,
- Should have knowledge of the local market/ Language where he / she knows the leading large/ Mid Corporate Clients.
- Ability to structure the facilities as per the client and bank's need.
