JOB SUMMARY :
This role will have responsibilities for the Strategic Initiatives for maximizing revenue and optimizing costs through the route of Portfolio actions on the Customer Base. These will include Customer life cycle management, Activation, Retention and Attrition management, spend enhancement, ENR build up programs such as revolve inducement via direct customer facing campaigns, monitoring them and using feedback and through other strategic initiatives.
Detailed Responsibilities :
Key Responsibilities will include :
- Develop Portfolio Strategy to maximize spends and profitability of the portfolio relevant to the demographic and spending profiles of all portfolio segments. This will include seasonal and perennial initiatives- ideate and conceptualize such programs in conjunction with analytics and compute the financial feasibility and profitability.
- Analyze and segment the portfolio trends to come up with portfolio strategies on optimizing interest and fee income, and guide the acquisition channels towards more optimal and profitable acquisition strategies.
- Run Customer facing campaigns and communication to meet annual targets for customer activation, spends, ENR build up, limit enhancement, attrition, and retention.
- Also look at portfolio and transaction trends to see if there is any revenue leakage or scope for revenue optimization, and run campaigns/corrective actions like Authorisation Decline Management, Credit Limit Enhancement offtake.
- Liaising with marketing team to develop effective communication and collaterals regarding the Portfolio Management initiatives and ensure that deadlines are adhered to, and interacting with the campaign management teams to deliver the campaigns.
- Develop portfolio programs, process documents and detailed project.
- Ensuring the legal, compliance and risk guidelines are adhered to, and obtaining sign offs from these departments for the above initiatives.

Desired Skills & Experience :
- Understanding of customer lifecycle management, profitability dynamics and key performance indicators of credit cards.
- Understanding of Customer segmentation to identify the right target segments and drivers of profitability
- Excellent analytical skills and hands-on number crunching ability to be able to spot portfolio trends, compute program dynamics etc.
- Interpersonal & communication skills required for implementation of various initiatives through internal cross functional support and for the management of team members
- Master's Degree holder in Marketing / Management /Business Administration /Statistics/ or Economics
- Hands on Experience of working on Data directly will be desirable
- 12 to 13 Years of experience of Credit Cards Portfolio/Business management with a leading credit cards business and an understanding of competitive framework.
