IndusInd Bank - Relationship Manager - Inclusive Banking Group

The candidate will be required to write good quality credit proposal, assist the Relationship Manager in operations of the existing portfolio and in acquiring new business. Candidate will be assisting the RM in effectively managing the portfolio of clients. Part of which is bringing aggressive growth through SANCTION & DISBURSEMENT of new to bank in the Mid Corporate segment. Candidate should also have adequate understanding of CMS and liability products and pitching the same for corporate clients

Specific Roles and Responsibilities:

- Should be having thorough understanding of affordable housing, mortgage backed lending, MSME and microfinance

- Well versed with credit process for preparing notes and proposals and presenting the case in front of relevant committees for sanction, getting the case sanctioned from risk. Should be well versed in financial analysis, credit norms, portfolio analysis

- Must be thorough with disbursement process ( legal / valuation, etc. ) , structuring of innovative deals, legal and commercial negotiations, structure the facilities as per the client and bank's need in synergy with RM.

- Well versed with banking regulatory framework in the respective business segments, aware of Banking related relevant compliance requirements.

- To deepen share of wallet for the acquired portfolio, build departmental liaison to offer cross sell products & services,

- Draw the budgets and focus on the target achievements.

- Responsible for Day to Day monitoring of portfolio, perform the routine review requirements, documentation requirements, compliances, risk triggers, thorough understanding of regulatory guidelines and ensure compliances,

- Should have knowledge of the local market where he / she knows the leading Clients,

- Responsible for all management information and reporting related to the Business Unit
