IndusInd Bank - Relationship Manager

Overall Job Description :

The candidate will be responsible for North Location transaction dealing and in acquiring new business. Part of which is bringing aggressive growth through SANCTION & DISBURSEMENT of new to bank in the Education and Healthcare segment.

Specific Roles and Responsibilities :

- To acquire new clients

- To deepen share of wallet for the acquired portfolio

- Should have the ability and past experience of putting the case in front of committee for sanction

- Should have knowledge of the local market where he / she knows the leading Mid and large Corporate Clients

- Ability to structure the facilities as per the client and bank's need

- Key focus on transaction appraisal & execution, project evaluation, industry analysis, risk assessment & mitigation, financial analysis & sensitivity analysis.

- Present investment proposals to the Credit Committee.

- Track industry dynamics and regulatory trends.

Essential requirement : Minimum 4 years and above

Preferred : 4 to10 years work experience in the Banking Industry
