Job Summary :
- Responsible for full employee lifecycle for the region for the assigned vertical.
Detailed Responsibility :
- Meet manpower plan in synchronization with business growth projections
- Develop innovative recruitment tools and diversify sourcing base for hiring candidates as per the specified TATs
- Work closely with concerned Zonal HR Partner in implementing HR plans for the Business verticals in the zone
- New joinee on-boarding formalities
- Act as the Single Point of Contact (SPOC) for the employees to resolve their queries/concerns
- Exit interviews and seeing through undergoing trends
- Work along with training team to develop training plan and strategy based on training need assessment
- Collate and develop goal sheets based on performance targets for all the divisions in the zone
- Manage Employee Separation
- Builds a strong business relationship with the internal stakeholders
- Ensure managers and employees of the business understand the company policies and procedures, applying them fairly and consistently across the organisation
Preferred Skill Set / Education / Background :
- Post graduate with 4-7 years of relevant experience in HR
- Experience in Banking industry is preferred
- Should be good at Stakeholder management
- High on integrity
- Good time management skills
- Excellent process orientation and closure orientation
