- Source & attract top talent for specific verticals across the region by creating innovative strategies to locate & select talent
- Execute the annual employee recruitment plan along with the business Regional Heads
- Recruitment against the attrition & vacant positions as per business/ manpower plan
- Ensuring that actuals are maintained against the budget through quality hiring
- Ensuring healthy source mix & devising plan to promote low cost sourcing channels
- Manage & improve efficiency in offer to joining ratio, joining to sustenance period
- Vendor management & stakeholder management - hold regular meetings with business stakeholders & external stakeholders to review & define sourcing needs & develop sourcing strategies for short & long term requirements
- Ensuring that all the on boarded employees undergoes the product induction programme & company induction session
- Visiting branches to ensure connect with employees
- Maintaining basic hygiene factors of employees related to salary, relationship with peers etc.
- Ensuring completion of goal setting & appraisal process to ensure timely completion of appraisals
- Maintaining requisite HR MIS for effective tracking of positions
