- Drive the Employee Engagement framework
- Maintaining and revising the Firm's HR handbook on policies and procedures
- Responsible for end to end employee lifecycle - HR Operations.
- Conducting new Staff induction programmes.
- Manage the grievance and employee relations framework.
- Maintain personnel records.
- Sourcing Mix - focus on preferred channel
- Competition Mapping - for top 5 Banks for critical vacancies
- Pipeline of candidates for new branches in the region.
- Focus on Branch visits.
