IndusInd Bank - Regional Credit Manager - LAP

- Responsible for credit appraisal and monitoring for the region

- Managing team of Credit Managers & sanctioning cases as per norms

- Implementation of Credit Policy and continuous evaluation to ensure adherence to the Policy and compliance with the Authority Matrix at branches in the region assigned.

- Underwriting & Making proposals of LAP and other products as per location requirement

- Analyzing the portfolio health and risk involved in particular segment of assets & profile and giving timely feedback to sales team.

- Ensuring portfolio quality is maintained at the highest standards and delinquency is under control.

- Building and leading a highly effective team.

- Striving for continuous improvement in productivity.

- Review and upgrade vendor service quality.

- Market Research and Feedback for credit policy and new product launch based on market conditions.
