Reports to : Business Head - Credit Cards, UnSecured Assets - Cards

Overall Job Description :

- Head team of product manager to track and maximize the product profitability including key indicators such as NIM, Spends, activation.

- Responsible to digitize the product related function with an objective to enrich the client experience and reduce cost.

- Responsible for end to end mobile banking application for credit card segment

- Monitors closely the product feature utilization on a month on month basis.

- Regularizes the Product Feature Reiteration Campaigns to create more customer awareness

- Publishes month on month Acquisition and sourcing mix MIS to ensure proper sourcing mix

- Manages the Product insurance feature and partner interaction.

- Relationship management with credit card networks and maximize the incentives.

- Execute the established internal control systems and complies relevant information for departmental audits.
