Job Description :

New Product/Channel business strategy :

- Responsible for complete ownership of the Mobile Banking Channel including New product launches and road map design

- Conceptualize, define, outline requirements and collaborate with teams for UI/UX design, technology, process, design and marketing to deliver seamless and superior customer experience.

Drive business, transactions, usage and engagement on Mobile Banking :

- Acquire, attract, engage and retain customers and potential customers

- Define a strong Customer Segment level and Banking relationship level strategy to drive portfolio.

- Innovations, Market Scan and Industry Recognition

- Continuously track digital innovations in Banking and Non-Banking (relevant) space and work out suitable strategies to roll out digital innovations for the Bank

- Ownership of improving Industry Recognition of Bank's digital products and initiatives via Awards, Articles, Banking Events Participation, Seminars, etc
