IndusInd Bank - Product Manager - FIG

- End to end management of all FI products including cross border inbound and outbound remittances, borrowings & lending, FI Trade, Cash Management Services, Secondary risk participations including management of MRPAs, Nostro/Vostro Accounts related policy reviews and periodic reporting.

- Manage day to day administration and query resolution relating to products (other than service related issues) of Financial Institutions Group (FIG) and keep the product offerings on par with best in the market. Work with the internal stakeholders such as IT & Electronic Banking, Solutions Delivery Group, Operations, Compliance etc. to iron out product and process gaps and ensure optimal customer experience on a day to day basis.

- To work closely with regional and senior relationship managers of Financial Institutions Group driving the product sales through their relationships and handling client requirements for product enhancements, new ideas etc.

- Knowledge of international banking services and products with strong inter-personal skills

- Responsible for achieving assigned qualitative and quantitative targets at individual and department level

- Monitor, consistently, the latest market developments related to various products and revisions in RBI guidelines

- Prepare necessary product notes, policy documents, system development requests and SOPs for smooth implementation of products in compliance with internal policy

- Ensure compliance with Risk, Audit and RBI regulations
