National Sales Head (Mortgage Cross-Sell)
Key Responsibilities :
- Drive cross-sell of Loan Against Property to large vehicle finance client base of IndusInd Bank
- Run dedicated mortgage cross-sell sales team pan India and ensure achievement of targets against budgets. Responsible for hiring, training, development and performance management of the team
- Work closely with the assets analytics team of the Bank and campaign management team of the Bank to drive campaigns on this client base for mortgages
- Continuously monitor efficacy of various campaigns to drive conversions and share feedback with analytics, campaign mgmt. and tele-calling units
- Ensure sales process governance and adherence is followed through - leads attended on time, no false reporting, etc
- Provide inputs to product and credit teams on segment specific tweaks required to product programs in order to boost business
- Ensure end to end sales funnel management working closely with credit and operations in each stage - prospect to login, login to sanction, sanction to disbursal. Ensure quality and FTR (First Time Right) in logins to facilitate timely decisioning as per stipulated TAT. Ensure timely disbursals as per stipulated TAT post sanction
- Manage key top management stakeholders in vehicle finance division to boost referral based business
- Drive sales referral drives and contests in vehicle finance division's network to activate the staff on lead generation for mortgages

- Ability to understand data and draw inferences and insights from the same to drive business growth
- Ability to come up with innovative solutions to business problems and think out of the box
Education / Experience Required :
- Overall 8-10 years of experience
- Atleast 4-5 years of experience in handling mortgage product or credit or sales
- Either CA or MBA from Tier 1 / Tier 2 management institutes
