To plan and execute activities to support business objectives for branches. The same to be carried out by 5 broad activities:
- Visibility for the branch/product to induce footfalls
- Acquisition led programs
- Lead generation activities
- Regional/ Branch Level Cross sell campaigns
- Integrated Promotions
Details of the same are as :
A). Region/Cluster / Branch specific promotions
- Planning promos with Branch Heads keeping into mind business objectives.
- Number crunching in terms of cost of acquisition and incremental number generation.
- Tracking and monitoring of promotions for setting benchmarks/ milestones.
B). Merchandising support for branches
- Regular replenishment
- Communicate & Implement Merchandising calendar/schedule
- Emphasize the importance of visual merchandising & branding.
C). New branch launches/ BTL conversions
- Merchandise including internal signage's
- Inserts / outdoor / banners
D). Alliances
- local clubs/associations for promos / Databases/lead generation
- local companies for Events & sponsorships.
- Community service / institutions etc
E). Local advertising
- cable TV advtg./ road signs / bannering campaign
- local ads. (in Tabloids, vernacular publications)
F). Vendor management & commercial control
Managing vendors/agencies to execute the marketing initiative within cost & time specified. Processing & follow up for vendor/ agency bills.
G). Implementation of Central Marketing Initiatives (Promotions, Advertising campaigns etc)
Effective implementation at local level
Evaluation & analysis
Collation of responses & feedback to Central Marketing
