IndusInd Bank - Manager - Business Development

1. Generate New Business to the Bank by doing fresh Acquisition of CASA, FEE & other Banking products.

2. Manage and sell Savings Account by conducting several marketing activities.

3. Understand and analyse the customer needs and provide customised solutions to fulfil their requirements.

4. Extend professional customer service to achieve a high level of customer satisfaction and retention.

5. Strong customer service orientation along with process adherence.

6. Should be young and energetic with passion for sales.

7. Should be tech savvy and comfortable using gadgets like tab/mobiles
