JOB SUMMARY :
The incumbent will have to analyse and extract data for data related activities in marketing, product and portfolio management domain for IBL Credit Cards.
Detailed Responsibilities :
- Ownership of all data related activities in marketing, product and portfolio management domain. These will include customer life cycle management, customer profitability maximisation, segmentation, campaign design and management and product design
- Extract actionable information from large data using business logic, algorithms & various statistical measures
- Use data for:
- Designing all revenue generating campaigns
- Doing financial projection & subsequent campaign tracking
- Develop & fine-tune algorithms for regular data generation activities
- Preparing various MIS for internal use or for co-brand partners
- Doing ad-hoc analyses on request from other teams
- Doing all regulatory & association (Visa, MasterCard) reporting
- Develop statistical models or priority logic for retention / outbound calling activities.
Other Qualities :
- Post Graduate Degree in Economics / Econometrics / Statistics or any other related discipline or MBA / Post Graduate Diploma in Management or equivalent (essential)
- Good working knowledge of SAS/R, SQL, MS Excel, MS PowerPoint (essential)
- 3-4 years hands-on experience into Analytics / Decision Management either in Marketing Analytics or in a CRM function or in Consulting (essential)
- Ability to manage assignments with minimum guidance (essential)
- Knowledge of credit cards / retail banking business (desired)
- Having managed reporting relationships would be added advantage
