IndusInd Bank - Lead - Digital Lending, Partnership and Alliances, MSME Lending

- Drive key partnerships with MSMEs / Fintechs in MSME lending unsecured business loans, overdrafts (secured / unsecured), loans against card receivables, invoice discounting, etc.

- Partnerships can be in the areas of designing new products for specific segments within MSMEs / co-lending for specific segments / distributing banks products for new clients / distributing partners complementing products to banks clients.

- Review the market landscape and identify partners, review business model of partner & identify synergies, create and put up business case for review by committee of product, risk, technology and compliance.

- Work closely with Solution Delivery Group to stitch the end to end process and technology flow for the partner.

- Responsible for managing the partnership and accountable for delivery on business from the partner.

Education Background: MBA from Tier 1 / Tier 2 B-school.

Experience: Should have worked for atleast 2-3 years in MSME segment in product / sales function.
