Brand and Content Lead (MSME Digital Banking) - We are looking for highly qualified and detailed oriented marketer who can lead the brand and content for IndusInd MSME stack of digital products. As a custodian of the IndusInd MSME brand you should be able to oversee all marketing content initiatives to ensure customer engagement, brand consistency and a positive customer experience for IndusInd MSME products. - As a brand and content lead you are passionate about building brands and have experience in developing and executing insights-driven brand and marketing plans. - Your role would also include sharing content across various digital / offline channels to raise brand awareness and increasing web traffic. - You'll work across all levels of product and marketing departments of our organization to find what makes us unique and communicate it to the world. - This role would report into Head of Growth for MSME business and would be crucial for driving brand awareness of IndusInd MSME products by creating, improving and maintaining content across PR, video and blog formats which are establishes a differentiated yet simple positioning of IndusInd MSME products. Job Responsibilities : Brand Management - Develop positioning and messaging of the MSME stack of digital banking solutions - Contribute to the development of functional strategy, across IndusInd MSME brand, lending, merchant facing applications and other upcoming features/priorities to the brand - Shape the strategic execution vision for marketing and brand communications across the calendar year, partner with PMMs to translate brand elements into plans and go-to-market strategies Delivering inspirational Content - Develop content strategy aligned with short-term and long-term marketing targets - Insights based articulation of IndusInd value proposition to our MSME customers - Develop actionable insights to inform inventive marketing strategies. Track performance of campaigns to provide data-backed insights to optimize campaigns and find new opportunity areas - Lead the design and development of MSME facing digital products, ensure alignment to IndusInd brand guidelines - Develop innovative growth hacks to drive user growth and engagement on IndusInd's MSME digital properties Measuring Brand Performance - Manage content distribution and growth of online channels and social media platforms to increase web traffic - Optimize brand content in line with SEO best practices, help organically improve brand discoverability - Use content management systems to analyze website traffic and user's engagement metrics Work Experience : - 5+ years of post MBA experience in core brand and marketing communication roles - Prior experience in creating and driving engagement of content across various digital media formats - Prior experience in building brand positioning and messaging for mid-large brands - Experience working with research and insights team to understand and uncover user insights - Prior experience of executing D2C campaigns and content strategy
