Job Description:

The broad job requirements would be business development by acquisition of financial assets (NPA) from banks / financial institutions including supervising due diligence exercise (both commercial & Legal), putting in place appropriate resolution strategies / restructuring / Valuation and support the resolution process of NPAs in a time bound and beneficial manner.

The job responsibility would include(indicative and not exhaustive):

- Liaisoning and marketing with Banks / Financial institution and ARCs to mobilize business and achieve related business targets.

- Sound knowledge of various business and financial risks involved in acquisition of financial assets.

- Understanding of potential realization from underlined secured assets mainly Land, Building, Plant and Machinery etc.

- Indepth understanding of due diligence process of stressed assets both commercial and legal and derive acquisition model with expected return on the portfolio.

- Ability to provide turnaround strategies and financial restructurings to corporate customers experiencing financial stress.

- Ability to structure the deals and execute in time bound manner.

- Excel in handling evaluation of proposal for sale/development of real estate project, disposal of plant / machinery and other movables through private treaty or auctions.

- Taking up the business targets for the segment

Preferred Skill Set:

Technical Knowledge:

- 10 to 12 years of experience in the relevant managing the Stressed Assets Acquisition, Resolution and handling structured deals in stressed assets.

- Running the potential activity as a business center and achieve committed profit.

- Well equipped with IRAC guidelines of RBI and other related statutory guidelines related to business, SARFAESI Act, SICA, DRT, Company Law and Liquidation proceedings etc. in Banks/financial institution/ ARC.

- Experience with Credit Department of a Bank handling SME and MID Corporates.

Excellent Communication and Interpersonal Skills, Analytical Ability, Initiative, taking quick commercial decision.
