Business Support Manager - Analytics
Overall Job Description:
- Accurate, intuitive, and aesthetic visual display of Quantitative information: We generate data, information, and insights for our business verticals. You would work in
transforming this data into visualizations that represents easy-to-consume visual summaries, dashboards and storyboards. - You would develop, maintain, and
manage advanced reporting, analytics, dashboards and other BI solutions, and would be continuously reviewing and improving existing systems and collaborating with teams to integrate new systems. You would also contribute to the overall data analytics strategy by knowledge sharing and mentoring end users.
- Ability to understand the business lines to enable variable payments across different verticals/product lines towards direct sales channels particularly Asset side.
- Analyse the payments information on m-o-m basis to showcase the overall percentage employees getting incentivised across channels and calibrate the COA impact.
- Identify
automation opportunities and work with a wide range of stakeholders to implement the same
- Independently apply
problem-solving ability to identify meaningful insights to business
- The ability and self-confidence to work independently and increase the scope of the service line
Essential requirement: SAS/SQL SERVER, Advanced Excel and BI Tool
Preferred: BSFI Industry
