Role: Business Manager for Risk Services.

RISK - Projects

Risk Services acts as the trusted credit controls and services arm for the wholesale lending business and includes Credit Administration and Documentation Unit, Loan Operations, Regulatory Reporting and Real Estate Valuations.

Job Description: The incumbent will report to the Head of Risk Services and will collaborate closely with senior leadership to put in place a robust governance and reporting structure that aligns with the firm's overall vision and mission. The role is instrumental in driving the strategy of continuous improvement in the wholesale lending process and drive operational excellence.

Job Grade: VP3 / SVP1

Responsibilities:

- Collaborate closely with the functional leads within Risk Services and with stakeholders to develop and drive the execution of strategic initiatives.

- Create systems for change management for process and regulatory changes.

- Support and enhance the data quality initiatives for the lending function.

- Provide insights and recommendations to drive decision-making and operational improvements.

- Lead and coordinate cross-functional projects and initiatives on behalf of leadership.

- Develop and deliver compelling presentations, and communications for stakeholders.

- Articulate complex ideas and strategies in a clear and concise manner.

- Identify opportunities to streamline operations and improve efficiency across business functions.

- Act as a liaison between different departments to facilitate collaboration and alignment.

- Utilize project management methodologies to track the key projects on time.

- Foster strong relationships with key stakeholders in the Bank and be a solution provider.

Requirements:

- Master's degree in Business Administration from Tier 1 & 2, CA or equivalent.

- Well versed with Lending products and Risk management.

- A quick learner who will be expected to hit the ground running and deliver results.

- Strong analytical skills and proficiency in operations and regulatory reporting.

- Excellent communication skills, with a track record of delivering presentations to senior executives.
