Job Purpose :   Analytics manager is an integral role in Decision Science Unit for Consumer Bank at IndusInd Bank. The individual will closely engage the senior leadership team of the Bank and solve there strategic problems using advance/business analytics frameworks. S/He would also be responsible for defining key initiatives which comes out of the analysis. Additionally need to ensure that right focus and momentum is created for the execution of the initiative/strategy.   Job Requirements :   - Work with the leadership team to understand their strategic problem and solve that using data/analytics techniques.  - Capability to bring to bear advance analytics to solve business problems which leads to bottom line business impact.  - Define solutions & strategy for given business problems based on internal and external data (business problems could be in the nature of: new market entry / new product or segment launch / ramp up of existing business / productivity improvement)  - Need to communicate the insights in form of actionable initiates which can be tracked to closure/impact.  - Work with different functions within the organization - sales, product among others to deploy the business initiatives identified   Skills Required:   - Strong analytical skills, problem solving ability, detail orientation & interpersonal skills   - Proficient with analytical tools and techniques - SAS, statistical techniques (Regression/Segmentation/Descriptive analytics)  - Proficiency in MS-Office (Excel, Power point)   Education / Experience Required:   - MBA from Tier 1 B-School   - Graduate in Engineering/Stats  - At least 4-6 years of experience in strategic analytics or consulting functions   - Prior experience in financial services / consulting firms/boutique analytics firm would be preferred
