Job Summary:
- The Assistant Manager - Brand & Product Marketing will play a critical role in supporting the Manager of Brand & Product Marketing by driving the development and execution of product marketing strategies.
- The role involves cross-functional coordination, working closely with internal teams, external agencies, and stakeholders to ensure successful product launches and marketing activities.
- This position will focus on managing day-to-day marketing tasks, overseeing product development stages, and ensuring alignment between branding initiatives and market requirements.
Key Responsibilities:
Product Development & Launch:
- Assist in managing the end-to-end product development process, including ideation, prototyping, testing, and launch.
- Support in market research activities to identify consumer needs, market trends, and competitive analysis.
- Ensure all product materials, packaging, and branding elements are in alignment with the brand's positioning.
Cross-Functional Coordination:
- Act as a liaison between different departments (Consultant Road map, supply chain, sales, finance) to ensure smooth project execution and timely product launches.
- Coordinate with the sales team to develop trade marketing initiatives, retailer promotions, and in-store branding activities.
Agency & Vendor Management:
- Manage external agencies for advertising, creative development, PR, digital marketing, and other brand-related services.
- Coordinate with vendors for marketing materials, packaging design, product photoshoots, and brand collateral.
- Ensure timely delivery and high-quality output from agencies and vendors, adhering to brand guidelines
