Salary offered: 10 - 15 LPA
Conceptualize, design and execute Direct marketing, BTL marketing programs to engage the existing & potential customer base such as :
- campaign management,
- lead generation programs,
- Loyalty and CRM programs,
- database management,
- Developing impactful in-showroom Visual Merchandise for all campaigns/festivals/season
Lead the strategic planning of Digital and E-commerce department. S/he should Partner and consult with stakeholders to build a digital ecosystem and consumer experience thru the following
- managing the brand websites,
- Managing the online and social media presence through paid campaigns on Face book, Google Ad Words, Affiliates, Email, SMS, 3rd Party, etc.
- Improving the user experience on the company's website(Including design, content and usability)
- Designing and building landing pages or other on-site interactions to help to execute the digital strategies
- Finding scalable ways to bring the right users to the right places on the site
Budgeting and forecasting. Track spending accurately and regularly so that events are completed within budget.
- Analyzing the marketing effectiveness of campaigns; maintaining necessary MIS to monitor the event/activity ROIs, close rates, total traffic, etc
- Build and maintain strong collaborative partnerships with key stakeholders, especially working closely with field teams for successful execution of plans.
- Regular market visits to understand competition and category in order to create a differentiated customer experience
- Should have managed multiple locations
