Overall Job Description

- Guidance to BUs/SDG/IT/Cyber Security teams for the queries raised with respect to IT/Digitization

- Facilitate and Ensure timely submissions of Returns across Bank in the CIMS RBI platform by co-ordinating with various functions within bank and also front end with RBI for required support

- Handling of RBI IT Examination and other related audits, tracking and monitoring regulatory submissions to RBI

- Ensure Compliance submissions for Digital Banking, IT team and Cyber Security team (including CSITE submissions) for open items related to IT/Digitization

- Timely submissions of Self-attestation process for with NPCI for the guidelines (issued from time to time)

- Check accuracy and timely reporting done by respective unit and validate the data submitted to the regulators

- Highlight gaps observed during reviews which includes PPAC - Process and Product Assessment Committee, New Product Monitoring, Compliance Assessment/Testing activity

- Checking and vetting of MDs (Master Directions) and Circulars issued by RBI, SEBI, NPCI related to IT/Digitization from time to time and provide timely feedback/views to Business Functions wherever applicable.

- Preparation and timely submission of reports on monthly basis to senior management.
