HR Manager:

- Managing the recruitment life cycle for sourcing best talent from diverse channels

- Conducting the induction and joining formalities for new joinees

- Conducting Exit interviews, completing exit formalities

- Responsible for conducting the performance appraisal of employees

- Conducting Employee Engagement activities.

- Attendance and Payroll management

- Preparing the HR MIS on daily basis

Exp- 3-5 years, should be full time MBA.

CTC – 5-6 lacs
