1. Ensuring monthly book closure and review

2. Relevant experience in Restaurant industry

3. Working knowledge of Statutory Dues like VAT, Income Tax, TDS, Service Tax, Luxury Tax, ESIC, EPF

4. Implementing effective internal controls processes with respect to all financial transactions

5. Liaison with business team to ensure smooth conduct of operations

6. Drive P&L ownership culture with the business teams

7. Create policies around procurement and usage of products at the restaurant/bar

8. Preparation of MIS reports to provide feedback to top management on financial performance, viz. fund management, credit control, profitability, etc.

9. Coordinating with internal & statutory auditors for statutory/ tax audits and ensuring all compliances under the regulatory acts.
