Indospirit - IT Project Manager

Roles and Responsibility

- Create and manage the plan for developing IT applications to support business processes

- Create detailed specifications and test cases for applications under development

- Manage the day to day operations of the IT applications currently being used by the organization

- Manage the formulation and ongoing tracking of each project

- Assist with the development of reports, and the loading and configuration of demonstration data and systems

- Proactively manage changes in project scope, identify potential crises and devise contingency plans

- Develop and deliver progress reports, requirements documentation and presentations

- Test code, review, and recommend changes to technology stakeholders

- Responsible for successful implementation and roll out of IT Enabled solutions with timely delivery of functionalities, achieving milestones, evaluate and highlight risk factors using a team of implementation specialists or vendors

- Managing expectations of internal customers

- Work with vendors and business stakeholders for development or enhancement of existing IT systems

- Study existing business processes and identify opportunities for using IT to increase efficiency

- Identification of the risks involved in the project and resolve execution issues

- Develop and groom junior developers in the team

- Support HR in expanding the existing team of developers

Requirements

- In-depth knowledge of latest trends in technology

- Knowledge of full stack development

- Knowledge of agile methodologies

- Experience in managing enterprise grade application development

- Ability to articulate business requirements into technology use cases

- Ability to identify appropriate technology platforms in coordination with vendors

- Self-starter individual with a keen interest in creating impact inside the organization

- Hands on Project Management experience of at least 3-4 years, Total work experience of not less than 6 years

- Project management experience in reputed IT company

- Proficiency in migrating the application from legacy systems to cloud (AWS or Azure)

- BE/BTech from the premier institute

- Have the good knowledge of distribution, supply chain, logistics and inventory management
