Indospirit - Chief Operating Officer

SUMMARY:

We are looking for an experienced Chief Operating Officer (COO) to head the operations of our F&B outlets being operated under the brand name of BarShala. The COO will be a key member of the senior management team, reporting to the Chief Executive Officer (CEO)/Managing Director.

Leading, building and managing Indospirit's QSB brand across NCR and various other cities with a mission to increase profitability and deliver long term sustainable growth of earnings.

Essential duties & responsibilities

- Strategic business planner for shaping the BarShala's vision & mission to become the leading quick service bar in chain in Delhi/NCR region and rest of India.

- To identify new business opportunities and execute them aggressively.

- Providing leadership and direction, develop and implement business strategy, oversee business operations and manage internal and external stake holders, eventually leading to exceptional customer service, revenue management and profitability.

- Expanding business in other cities and also spearheading the franchisee business model in near future.

- Delivering a best in class consumer experience building a profitable brand & business.

- Managing overall operations, logistics, manpower, business development, marketing departments etc.

- Supporting MD/CEO for business development, business process improvements, profitability and in other business activities.

Competencies

- A Natural Leader, strategic thinker, result oriented, quick decision maker with acumen for business & financial management will be key skills required for the role.

- A minimum of 5 years of experience in a F&B retail business is expected.
