Financial Analyst - Asset Management (Real Estate)

Desired Experience :

- 3-5 Years with MBA OR CA qualification

- Candidates should possess advanced skills in Excel and PowerPoint.

- Preference will be given to those with a working knowledge of Argus.

- Proficiency in report writing is also essential.

Core Responsibilities:

- Financial modelling including updating and tracking deal models with actuals and forecasting projected returns

- Update Argus models quarterly based on approved revenue and expense forecasts

- Evaluate and present financial impact of key decisions regarding leasing, capex, financing scenarios

- Preparation and presentation of detailed quarterly portfolio reviews and management reports

- Prepare and process DCF analysis for capital calls

- Analyse feasibility and assumptions for potential acquisitions
