We are seeking a highly motivated and experienced Vice President of Sales to join our dynamic team. As the VP of Sales for Canada, you will play a pivotal role in driving revenue growth, expanding our customer base, and shaping the future of our sales strategy.

Responsibilities :

- Develop and execute strategic sales plans to achieve or exceed revenue targets in the Canadian market.

- Lead, mentor, and inspire a high-performing sales team, fostering a culture of success and accountability.

- Identify and cultivate key relationships with prospective clients, strategic partners, and industry influencers.

- Drive business development efforts, including prospecting, lead generation, and conversion of opportunities.

- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure seamless delivery of products and services to customers.

- Stay up-to-date with industry trends, market insights, and competitive landscape to drive innovation and maintain a competitive edge.

- Utilize CRM systems to track sales performance, pipeline management, and forecast accuracy.

- Provide regular reports and updates to senior management on sales performance, market trends, and opportunities.

Requirements:

- 10+ years of progressive sales experience, with a proven track record of success in B2B sales, preferably in the technology, software, or digital transformation industry.

- Demonstrated experience in building and leading high-performing sales teams, fostering a culture of collaboration, achievement, and continuous improvement.

- Strong business acumen with a deep understanding of sales methodologies, strategies, and best practices.

- Excellent communication, negotiation, and presentation skills with the ability to influence key stakeholders.

- Proven ability to develop and execute effective sales strategies, identify market opportunities, and drive revenue growth.

- Experience in selling RPA, AI platforms, or e-commerce solutions is highly desirable.

- Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, or a related field (MBA preferred).
