About the Role : As a Performance Marketing Senior Executive at INDmoney, you will play a critical role in the development and execution of our digital marketing strategy. With a minimum of 2-3 years of experience in performance marketing, you will be responsible for driving customer acquisition and revenue growth through data-driven campaigns and strategies. This role offers an opportunity to work on high-impact initiatives and take ownership of various digital marketing channels.
Key Responsibilities :
1. Plan, execute, and optimize paid search (SEM/PPC), display, social media advertising, and other digital marketing campaigns to achieve defined KPIs, such as ROAS, CAC, and CPA.
2. Manage the digital marketing budget efficiently, ensuring maximum ROI and delivering cost-effective results.
3. Utilize various analytics tools to monitor, analyze, and report on the performance of marketing campaigns. Generate insights and recommendations for continuous improvement.
4. Collaborate with the design and development teams to optimize ad creatives, and user journeys for better conversion rates.
5. A/B Testing: Conduct A/B tests and implement data-driven changes to improve campaign performance and customer engagement.
6. Stay updated with industry trends and audience behaviors. Perform keyword research and audience segmentation to enhance targeting strategies.
7. Work with the creative team to develop compelling ad copy and creative assets that resonate with the target audience.
8. Utilize marketing technology platforms and tools, such as Google Ads & Facebook Ads Manager to streamline and automate marketing processes.
9. Keep an eye on the competitive landscape, identifying opportunities and threats to adjust marketing strategies accordingly.
10. Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including content, SEO, and web development, to ensure alignment of marketing efforts with broader company goals. 1
11. Stay up-to-date with industry trends, algorithm updates, and best practices to implement cutting-edge marketing strategies.
Qualifications :
- Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Business, or a related field.
- 2-3 years of proven experience in performance marketing, preferably in a similar industry.
- Proficiency in digital advertising platforms such as Google Ads & Facebook Ads.
- Strong excel & analytical skills with experience in data-driven decision-making.
- Excellent communication and collaboration skills.
- Basic understanding of SEO and its impact on performance marketing
