JD:
Key Responsibilities:
- Develop a deep understanding of HRMS domain, with a focus on payroll processing applications.
- Collaborate with stakeholders to gather and analyze business requirements, translate them into functional requirements documents (FRD), wireframes, and process flows.
- Prioritize user stories in collaboration with the product owner, ensuring alignment with business objectives and stakeholder needs.
- Capture requirements for headless operations, understanding the complexities and dependencies involved in such implementations.
- Develop a deep understanding of non-functional requirements, including performance, security, and scalability considerations, and incorporate them into project planning and execution.
- Create comprehensive user stories, ensuring they capture all necessary details for efficient development.
- Act as a liaison between the development team and stakeholders, addressing queries and providing clarifications to ensure smooth project execution.
- Utilize agile scrum methodologies to drive project progress and ensure timely delivery of high-quality solutions.
- Conduct thorough testing and validation of developed features to ensure alignment with business requirements and user expectations.
- Stay updated with industry trends and best practices in HRMS, payroll processing, and agile methodologies, incorporating relevant insights into project strategies.
- Utilize business analysis and product backlog tools to manage and prioritize requirements effectively.
Requirements:
- Bachelor's degree in computer science, Information Technology, Business Administration, or related field.
- 6-8 years of proven experience as a Business Analyst, with a focus on HRMS domain and payroll processing applications.
- Strong background in development and implementing payroll processing applications within HRMS systems.
- Proficiency in creating functional requirements documents (FRD), wireframes, process flows, and user stories.
- Experience with business analysis and product backlog tools (e. g. , JIRA, Trello, Asana).
- Excellent communication skills, with the ability to effectively communicate complex concepts to both technical and non-technical stakeholders.
- Experience working in an agile scrum environment, facilitating sprint planning, backlog grooming, and sprint reviews.
- Analytical mindset with a keen eye for detail and problem-solving capabilities.
- Proactive attitude towards learning and adapting to new technologies and methodologies.
- Certification in Business Analysis or Agile Scrum (preferred).
- Knowledge of cloud-based SaaS HRMS products is a plus.
