Key Objectives:

- Ensure indirect Taxation compliance mainly – Central Excise, Service Tax and Sales Tax – SPD Operations in South Region.

- Dealing with Tax Authorities

- Collection of “C” Forms from SPD Distributors / Dealers

Major Deliverables :

- Complete compliance of legal provisions under Central Excise, Service Tax and Commercial Tax related to SPD operations.

- Working with Corporate Team of Indirect Taxation to fulfill compliance / requirement

- To keep good rapport with different Tax Authorities

- Financial Accounting and MIS related to Indirect Tax

- Administration and monitoring of relevant legal compliance in web based legatrix system

- Evolution of Ideas for cost reduction by optimizing different Tax Provisions with Business transactions

- Updating Business with latest development / changes in Taxation Rules and Provisions

- Developing Taxation related Training Module and imparting Training to different Functions of Business
