KRAs : - Ensuring all Indirect Tax compliances in the Group - Knowledge update to indirect tax and finance team across the Group - Active coordination with the Indirect Tax consultants - Monthly meeting of Indirect Tax Team - Ensure that GST audits are completed well in time in the Group - Lead the readiness of the system in case of changes required as per the law - Active coordination with statutory auditors and internal auditors for indirect taxes - Legally minimise tax liabilities through informed application of tax laws and regulations - Establish appropriate system or processes for tax risk management for the Group - Act as the key point of contact and support for our taxation matters - Liaise with tax authorities - Development of the team
