Indirect Tax Manager - e-Commerce - Bangalore

- CA with 8+ years experience with strong exposure to indirect taxation including GST implementation for a large business entity.

- Would handle direct tax returns, tax accounting, tax assessments & GST implementation.

- Review of financial statements, reports and support closing of local financial statements.

- Prepare and review quarterly advance tax computation, annual income tax,

- Handle IN GAAP filings and US GAAP for the organisation.

- Co-ordination with Tax Consultants .
