Talent Management Specialist
1. Developing and implementing talent processes and strategies that are linked to driving business outcomes, talent gap closure, readiness for critical roles and cross pollination of top talent
2. Partner with business stakeholders to understand the development and learning needs for their respective businesses
3. Support in policy creation and establishing processes for global implementation and roll out of the talent initiatives
4. Estimate costs for Talent Management and development based on planned interventions and support in creating corporate HR budget
5. Conducting and facilitating Promotion and Potential Development Centres to identify high potential associates by mapping and measuring them against the organization's competency framework
6. Supporting the development of junior and mid management level HiPo's through continuous engagement and relationship management
7. Enable and ensure the development of interventions focused on improving line manager competence and capability. Lead the effective implementation and measurement of management capability and reporting.
8. Driving the digital learning strategy across all businesses by managing the LMS platform and strengthening the e-learning processes
9. Any other additional responsibility could be assigned to the role holder from time to time as a standalone project or regular work. The same would be suitably represented in the Primary responsibilities and agreed between the incumbent, reporting officer and HR.
