Responsibilities:

- Curate engaging and impactful behavioural training content that resonates with the learning objectives and enhances the organizational culture

- Manage the Learning Management System (Success Factors) - monitoring of adaptation & usage.

- Evaluate the effectiveness of digital learning & make data driven recommendations.

- Develop a rich array of content forms, encompassing digital modules and instructor-led materials, ensuring relevance, engagement, and accessibility.

- Ensure timely delivery of learning projects, maintaining a balance between innovative quality and efficiency

- Build and maintain positive relationships with various stakeholders within IndiGo, facilitating collaboration and alignment with organizational objectives

- Stay updated with emerging learning technologies and methodologies, fostering innovation and continuous improvement

- Facilitate behavioural and leadership training workshops

Requirements:

- A minimum of 8 years' comprehensive experience in developing training content & working on Success factors(SAP)

- Experience of conducting behavioural and leadership training workshops

- Master's degree general management, or a related field

- Ability to manage multiple projects, prioritize tasks, and meet tight deadlines

- Exceptional communication skills, both written and verbal, with the ability to engage effectively with various levels of stakeholders

- Self-motivated with the ability to work both independently and collaboratively within a team.

- Leadership qualities, with the capability to lead and supervise a team as necessary.

- Exceptional organizational and multitasking skills, with the capacity to manage multiple projects and deliver within tight deadlines

- Outstanding communication skills, with a proficiency in crafting compelling content and engaging various stakeholder levels.

Behavioural Competencies:

- High attention to detail, ensuring the accuracy and quality of work.

- Strong team collaboration skills, along with the ability to work autonomously.

- Adaptive and quick learner, able to thrive in fast-paced and evolving environments.

Desirable:

- Experience in the aviation industry is a plus

- Proficiency in tools such as Articulate and Adobe Photoshop
