This includes inculcating training programs, developing healthy employee relations, and maximizing employee productivity. - The HR Partner will also be required to ensure a diversified workforce and regulatory compliance. Primary responsibilities (other duties may be assigned): - Ensure diversity in the workforce by hiring, engaging with, and retaining top talent - Analyze trends and relevant HR metrics to develop solutions, HR programs, and policies - Identify trends and needs for training programs - Resolve employee issues and grievances and conduct unbiased investigations - Suggest new HR strategies, policies, and agenda for continuous improvement - Monitor and report on workforce and succession planning - Build a strong business relationship with the line management, and work as a member of the department leadership team to understand business specific needs and drive people agenda. - Study competition and monitor trends for strategic hiring practices and policies - Provide feedback to HR leadership on critical HR issues in the function - Educate, coach, and partner with managers on performance management and employee development goals - Lead core HR processes for the department
