Reporting : Head of HR (National Head - HR) - IFS Vertical

Education & Experience:

1. 15+ years of Post Qualification experience (Regular MBA is Must) ideally in large service organisation supporting employee strength of ~5000 employees

2. Strong experience in building People Policies, Talent Engagement programs

3. Prior exposure to Talent Acquisition is must

4. Strong with Numbers, should have done Manpower Planning , HR Reporting & Dashboards

5. Should have managed team

IFS (Cabin Crew):

Our Cabin Crew department is responsible for providing a delightful service experience to passengers and maintaining high standards of service quality. The prime responsibility of our crew is the safety and security of passengers on board. Before they get onto the aircraft as a flying crew, they undergo intensive training for a period of three months. Our cabin crew are brand ambassadors of IndiGo and are well trained to deal with all situations - no matter how tough - with poise and grace. We take pride in the fact that our Cabin Crew are from all walks of life, which means you don't need previous Cabin Crew experience to join us. We are more interested in what you can bring to IndiGo. Role & Responsibilities:

1. The role requires leading the conceptualization, design and implementation of HR strategic initiatives for Talent Engagement in Inflight Services

2. Ensure strict policy and process governance with the help of regular internal process audits to manage all employee lifecycle processes and applicable policies

3. Review of dashboards for all employee lifecycle events (from Onboarding to Exit) affecting Cabin Crew and Non-Crew engagement and performance-PAN India

4. Analyze data to come up with insights on employee pulse and utilize the insights to design strategic initiatives

5. Work closely with Regional Leads / Base Heads of IFS to ensure all lifecycle processes and projects are effectively executed

6. Lead employee engagement initiatives across the network:

- Drive frequent, open and transparent communication with employees

- Review scores of employee engagement survey, ensure action planning and follow - ups by the business

- Deep dive into employee engagement inputs with the functional leaders and identify key areas for intervention

- Structured Reward and Recognition program for each of the businesses under IFS. Drive regular EOMs, annual R&R program and customized solution as per business need

7. Performance and talent management:

- Define and execute the performance management philosophy-PMS (req. of standardized KRAs for standardized roles) for Non Crew in Inflight Services

- Lead execution of PMS cycle as per defined timelines for the functions. Performance management cycle will include:

- Ensure closure of KRA setting, mid-year check-in and final assessment

- Participate in Talent Council conversations

- Ensure IDP and career development conversations are initiated for critical roles

8. Constant monitoring of employee pulse and ensure insights pertaining to employee disengagement are being worked upon to create plan and turn it around
