Job Summary:
We are in search of an individual with Strategic and Transformational mindset to join our dynamic Human Resources Shared Services (HRSS) team. In this role, you will be responsible for developing SOPs, preparing reports and assist in providing support for the continuous control monitoring framework.
Act as a Project Manager for the Future ready transformation projects that align with our organizational goals and contribute to overall business success that foster employee engagement, drive talent development, and optimize organizational effectiveness.
Key Responsibilities:
1. Identify and implement SOPs in our HRSS & Payroll Functions.
2. Identify Process Improvements and re-engineer processes.
3. Develop reports for the leadership.
4. Collaborate with various Business and HR Functions to gather and analyze data to identify areas for automation and prepare reports.
5. Prepare compliance reporting and support the Senior Manager & Director for Governance.
6. Provide training and support to the HRSS & Payroll team members for the SOPs and continuous control monitoring framework.
7. Monitor and maintain the automated processes to ensure accuracy and efficiency.
8. Collaborate with HR & Payroll Controllership to understand business objectives and translate them into automation strategies that support organizational goals with a solid project plan.
9. Develop, implement, and oversee audit strategic initiatives, ensuring alignment with the company's mission, vision, and values.
10. Prepare and deliver regular project status reports to senior leadership, highlighting key milestones, risks, and achievements.
11. Identify, assess, and mitigate project risks to ensure successful project outcomes.
12. Support with frameworks, ensuring alignment with organizational policies and practices.
13. Support on establishing HR shared service governance principles, standards, and procedures for HR data management.
Ideal candidate should have the below:
1. Bachelors degree in commerce, Business Administration, or a related field; masters degree preferred -
2. CA related certifications: CMA, CS, CFA, FRM, CIMA, CIA, ACCA, CPA required.
3. Exceptional strategic thinking, problem-solving, and decision-making skills.
4. Semi qualified chartered accountant Exceptional strategic thinking, problem-solving, and decision-making skills.
5. Thorough understanding of SOPs, Reporting, Process, Data, Technology and Digitalization layer.
6. Knowledge of innovation tools and techniques and the ability to solve complex business problems with simple, industry-leading experience and design solutions.
